Spawned by the last remaining life force of the Blue Dragon Armenes, the reclusive Dekans inhabit the northern island of the realm of Rohan and founded the region of Armenes in honor of their progenitor.

True to their draconic heritage, Dekans widely incorporated their origins throughout their architecture. It would not come as a surprise to even see them breathe fire, due to their expert craftsmanship.

Their fortifications and walls are laden with sculptures of dragons, from gates with dragon’s heads to barricades with dragon’s wings.

Preferring a life of isolation, Dekans have built their capital Rev’Decca along the shore line of the western Bahran area and enclosed themselves with high walls to protect themselves from any and all threats.

The surrounding area is scarred with the results of past conflicts, from ruined temples to the remains of dragons slain from the time of the great war with the gods.
