To those trying to log in their CBT accounts, you will get error messages. This includes the “gate service” and “account not yet registered” errors.
Even if you get the above errors, it does not mean that the CBT account that you received is defective.
All you have to do is wait until February 26 to log in.
Until then, download and share the client with your friends so that you can all play together! Visit the download page here.

un lng naman… sana wag tayo puro reklamo… hindi naman kasi pwede release agad ung game hanggat di pa fully naaayos dahil mas malaking gulo kapag ni-release tapos ang dami palang bug. SOP yan sa isang online game, kahit pa maayos na syang nalalaro sa ibang bansa kailangan pa rin ng CBT at OBT.

Did you get that error after installing and running the game launcher? Where exactly did that error appear?

For your information, CBT accounts for Crazy Kart were not wiped. Some players are even using those CBT accounts up to this day.
And yes, it’s exactly as you said. CBT accounts can still be used after OBT. Again, characters will be wiped so everyone will still be starting at level 1 once OBT starts.

You can manually delete the folder without any repurcussions. “Installing” is basically just extracting a compressed file.
You can imagine it as if you just copied a pre-installed working game folder from another computer.

Just like what we announced, CBT starts on February 26. Today is February 17.

Otherwise, you can just keep trying. Make sure you have scripts enabled on your browser, and that you’re inputting the right numbers. You can also try using a different browser to see if it will work.

Hi Gm I need help I already downloaded the Rohan via Bit Torrent and successfully installed it eventhough that it has 3 part errors during the installation process but in the end the icon of Rohan appeared on my desktop. I clicked the icon then the patching area appeared. It automatically check files but in the end this appeared “failed to download file”. I spent whole day just to download this game and I received an error message as a thank you? I already tried Ftp but I can’t complete the download an error always appear. I also tried to order a cd via auction.ph but BDO and PNB is not included in the bank list. What should I do now?
By the way my specs are dual core 2Ghz processor Intel, 3G ram, 8500 series inno 3D 512mb, Windows XP.

GM fariedune I already took the screenshot of the errors when I reinstall the Rohan via Bit Torrent. How can I show it to you? The 3 part errors are the following:
1. CRC failed in RohanOnline/res/sound/entity.gem
2. CRC failed in RohanOnline/res/sound/interface.gem
3. CRC failed in RohanOnline/res/world.gem
And at the end of the installation an error message appeared (“Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation”). What should I do now?

Fujiwara: Once all three files are in the same folder, run the first file (it has the number 1 in the file name).
Ckewt: It doesn’t have to be registered in your program list. All you have to do to update the client is run the Loader.exe file. Same for when OBT starts, just run as normal.
If you want to “uninstall” it, just delete the folder.
prettyboy: How big is the installer file that you downloaded using BitTorrent?

Vlamick: No point in “spewing dumb accounts”. All accounts will work. CBT hasn’t started yet so you’re getting that error.
Normztah: Once OBT starts, you can create new accounts through MyLU (https://my.levelupgames.ph). However, you can’t “rename” old accounts. You’ll have to make a new one.
Nemesis: Rohan Online is free to play. You can top up to buy from the Item Mall, but it’s completely optional.

yenoh: The life of a game is dependent on the developer and the players. If either one leaves (the developer stops “developing” or the players stop playing), then the game dies. That’s what happened to ROSE – the developer stopped making content.
Now, it’s either continue to run the game and deceive the players or end the game and give the players a chance to play a new game. That’s it in a nutshell.
