A Tour of Morrisen, Half-Elf Kingdom
True to the Half-Elven nature, Morrisen appears like a combination of the Human and Elven lands.

Half-Elven structures are recognizable by their crimson and bluish hues, contrasting the deep greens of the surrounding forests and the assorted reds and yellows from the occasional flora.

Deep forests surround the city of Half-Elves, Kai’non, creating a sanctuary and sheltering young eyes from a land that is under attack by chaotic forces. Fortresses and towers have been overrun, and once sacred places have now been desecrated, standing only to mock Half-Elven ancestry.

Sirka Observatory, to the far north, was once a Halfling astronomy mecca. It still stands today, only to deceive wanderers seeking shelter. The chaotic Lycans have made it their home, along with Schitai centaurs and mutated Vargs. No one who has ventured within has ever made it alive, or sane.

Half-Elves have since tried to combat the threat, although some of them believe that this chaotic “infection” may have come from the hidden evil side residing within their Human aspect. Was this the reason why the Elves refused to accept them?
With no answers, they can only create the acceptance they seek, in their own terms.

Try as they might, the Half-Elves may no longer be able to escape their Human heritage. Within their lands, even old Human ruins lie, similarly tainted with the undead.

Even the Tempest Watchout, an outpost built to repel raiding Humans and nearby monsters, has been overrun by alien communities. Sabotage by the Humans have been thought of as a likely conclusion, although many Half-Elven mercenary groups sent to investigate have found no proof so far.

Southeast of the city is the Spiritual Haven, where the first Half-Elf, their spritual leader, was cremated. However, it has also been long abandoned due to monster infestation, although there have been sightings of a strange, towering being wandering in the vicinity…

The Half-Elves still remain vigilant, though, despite the attacks. Kai’non Patrols can still be found enforcing the law and protecting travelers from stray monsters.

It is the enduring, hopeful spirit of the Human and the profound wisdom of the Elves that have allowed the Half-Elves to survive. Morrisen, despite everything, still stands: the Great Tree to the east is the monument of the Half-Elven character.
